Tillicum Burnside is our ongoing multifamily residential project in partnership with Ironclad Developments, located in Victoria, BC. This development features two modern mid-rise buildings, each rising six levels and designed to offer high-quality, efficient, and comfortable living spaces for the local community.
The project includes 115 residential units in each building, for a combined total of 230 well-planned homes. Our scope of work covers all aspects of the structural framing, coordination, and on-site execution, with a strong focus on safety, quality control, and maintaining steady progress throughout the build.
We are on track to complete the full structure before the spring of 2026, ensuring the client can move confidently into the next phases of development. Once finished, Tillicum Burnside will stand as a major addition to Victoria’s housing landscape and a reflection of our commitment to delivering reliable, high-standard multifamily construction projects.
