Our Pre-Construction Process

 “How We Build”

Project Review & Design Coordination

We start by reviewing architectural and structural drawings to define project scope — framing type, load-bearing walls, and prefab opportunities. Our team works closely with architects and engineers to finalize layouts, resolve RFIs early, and align site-built and prefabricated elements seamlessly.

Site Assessment & Logistics Planning

A detailed site walkthrough helps us assess crane access, storage, and safety zones. We prepare logistics maps and staging plans to ensure smooth delivery, efficient panel assembly, and a safe work environment from the start.

BIM Modeling & Engineering

Using Revit and AutoCAD, we translate design details into accurate digital models and shop drawings. Each panel is labeled and reviewed for precision, allowing coordination across all project stakeholders and eliminating on-site surprises.

Prefabrication & Quality Assurance

With RFIs resolved, shop production begins — panels are cut, assembled, and sheathed under strict QA checks. Every panel is labeled, transported in erection order, and verified for code compliance and COR safety standards before reaching site.
